Avocado-Pomegranate Milkshake-No Added Sugar

Avocado is considered as one of the healthiest fruit. This fruit makes excellent milkshakes and is loved by all. I wanted to experiment the Avocado milkshake in its healthiest form. Avoiding sugar helps cut down the calorie intake. Keeping this in mind, I tried adding Pomegranates to balance the sweetness of the drink. The experiment turned out to be delicious and I am delighted to share the recipe with you through this blog. The recipe is very easy and it takes only 10 mins to start your healthy journey.

Preparation Time: 10 mins

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

Avocado (peeled)

1 Glass of cold milk (toned or whole)

1 Whole Pomegranate

5-8 Pomegranate seeds (optional for decor)

3-4 Ice cubes (optional)

Method:

In a blender, add pomegranate seeds and avocado, and blend the mixture until it forms a buttery smooth thick paste. Pour the milk into the mixture and blend it. Pour the mixture into a glass and sprinkle the pomegranate seeds on top before consumption. You can add the ice cubes to chill the liquid further.
